Lent

So while I am a Southern Baptist I have decided to observe Lent in a way since the principle behind it is not that bad (sacrifice something for 40 days as a reminder of Jesus' sacrifice and to allow that time for seeking after God). I came to decide that I would give up two things: facebook, which is probably not a bad thing to give up anyway since it is way too easy to waste time on that, and listening to music when I am by myself, which I have noticed has become more like noise than anything else and is probably part of why I have such a hard time getting myself to "be still." It will be interesting.
